Villa Mima

Villa Mima (named after our lovely mum!) is an old stone house set within 10,000 square metres of private land with beautiful plants and herbs that belonged to our father who was born here and has been in the family for over 100 years.

Located 3-4 min drive (or a beautiful short stroll) from Kotor old town, it offers unparalleled & commanding panoramic views over the entire bay. 

We have totally refurbished the interior & exterior of the house with everything you'd expect from a luxury Villa, but we have also tried to keep it's original form by restoring the original wooden beams and kept the old stone thick exterior walls, which ensure that the villa stays cool in summer, and warm in winter.

Outside is where Villa Mima really comes to life. We have built a private road to the property, where you instantly feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of the old town. We have built a 10 metre swimming pool and outdoor shower with uninterrupted views of the bay. There is also a bespoke pagoda covering the dining area on the upper stone terrace with lighting and shade for daytime and evening meals. In addition to this is an outdoor kitchen including a BBQ, sink, food prep area and stools. 

Fancy a game? We have table tennis, badminton, boules and lots of board games to keep the family entertained. Finally, we have also installed an outdoor cinema so you can curl up on the love seat with some popcorn and a glass of wine and enjoy your favourite film!

If you really want an adventure on your doorstep, you also have access to a private nature trail behind the property which leads up into the mountain. At the top of the family land you will find a bench left in memory of our late father who loved nothing better than to sit and enjoy the magical views in complete peace and quiet. Don't forget to take a bottle of water, some good shoes and a camera. We have also provided a picnic set and binoculars. If you really want to climb further up we have been told there are large caves you can explore (we've not done this yet). At the top of the mountain you will be able to see both the Boka Bay and Tivat area too. 

Our lovely cousins Lidija & Miro will be your hosts for your stay and will always be close at hand should you need anything at all.
